Facilitated Support Group for Women Impacted by Sexual Violence
When: Friday evenings 6:30pm (Start date TBC)

Location: Office 4, 15a Apsley Rd, Mutley, Plymouth PL4 6AR (see 'The Space' page for more details)

Cost: £25 per 90 minute session
​
Commitment: Weekly attendance for 12 weeks total (2 x 6 week blocks with break in between)
​
Please note that all potential members of the group will be required to attend an initial 1:1 meeting to discuss suitability for the group (this is not charged).
Who Should Attend?

Adults 18+
-
Managing the impact of any form of sexual violence
-
Ability to commit to weekly sessions for 6 weeks at a time
-
No ongoing investigation with police (considered pre-trial therapy)
-
Some experience of counselling/ therapy or a good level of self-awareness/self-reflection​​

*Not open to current 1:1 clients
What to Expect:

A small group of 4-6 people

Closed group - once the group is formed, no new members will be permitted to join

A space to explore the impact of sexual violence on yourself, your relationships, identity, etc, without judgement

Connect with others who may relate/ understand

Feel less alone with your feelings, thoughts, behaviours that might not make sense to you

Non-pathologising environment - we hold trauma responses with curiosity
